For anyone who needs some hope today

Special

Dear Faith for the Climate network,

It’s not always easy to feel hopeful. But if you look at what’s really happening across Britain right now – hope is everywhere.

Over the Week of Hope, there will have been over 1,000 events and activities happening across cities, towns and villages in the UK, proving that people are choosing hope over hate, including people of many different faiths. We’re excited to see many of you at our webinar this Wednesday, 1-2pm BST, A Million Acts of Hope: Buddhist Perspectives.

And the people behind A Million Acts of Hope have made a short film to mark it this week so far – a genuine, moving celebration of what communities like ours are made of.

Will you watch and share it, and show that hope can be louder than hate?
A Million Acts of Hope is about more than a week of events. It’s people believing in something better and choosing to act on it. It’s showing that hope cannot be lost when it’s rooted in our communities. It’s saying loudly: hope is here to stay.

Hope is also why we’ve been asking for your input so that we can better understand and improve our impact.

Thank you for choosing hope.

The impact survey will remain open until 31 May 2026.

If you require this survey in another format or have any access needs, please feel free to get in touch with Anu at hello@anupriya.co.uk, and they will do their best to support you.

May this video give you a boost of meaning and hope today.

I’m also looking forward to seeing you at our webinar on Wednesday and to hearing your thoughts on our impact. I’ll be in touch soon with our June update. Until then, thank you again for all that you are and all that you do for people and planet.
