Join us for our next Network Meeting

This event has now taken place. You can watch Aydin’s presentation here, and Catherine’s here.

Tackling the climate crisis successfully must involve a joined-up, ambitious, and just strategy to transform our buildings, including our homes and places of worship. It’s a crucial area of policy, and faith communities can contribute significantly to a holistic and transformative outcome.

Join us for our second network meeting of 2022 – timed for a week before the local elections – where we will be discussing the New Economics Foundation’s campaign for a Great Homes Upgrade, as well as sharing the Church of England’s experiences in decarbonising churches.

Our guest speakers are:

  • Aydin Dikerdem, organiser for the New Economics Foundation’s Great Homes Upgrade campaign
  • Catherine Ross, Open and Sustainable Churches Officer at the Church of England

There will also be space to discuss how you can get involved in the actions leading up to the local elections (and beyond), and to learn from the other participants.

We’re looking forward to seeing you all. For some background, read our Q&A with Aydin and Q&A with Catherine – come with your own questions for our speakers.

This event has now passed, but you can see the recording at the link above.
